Not at all. We welcome complete beginners and tailor every lesson to your current level. Your intro call helps us figure out exactly where you're starting from so we can build the right plan.
All lessons are conducted via video call — Zoom or Google Meet, whichever you prefer. You just need a device with a camera, a microphone, and a stable internet connection.
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any new billing cycle. Just reach out and we'll sort it out for you with no hassle.
Life happens. You can reschedule any lesson with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Standard and Intensive plan members get additional flexibility with shorter notice windows.
No contracts. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date. We'd rather earn your continued enrollment every month.
Yes! We work with learners of all ages. Lessons for younger students use age-appropriate materials and activities. Reach out to discuss what works best for your child's age and level.
